- Phone number: Required for WhatsApp communication
- Check-in responses: Your replies to our periodic pings (e.g., "working on email")
- Settings preferences: Your chosen ping interval, active hours, and timezone
- Usage data: When you respond to pings and view your reports
We do not collect: your name, email address (unless you join the waitlist), location data, contacts, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Send you periodic check-in messages via WhatsApp
- Generate your personalized weekly time reports
- Improve our AI categorization and insights
- Communicate service updates (rarely)
We never sell your data. We never share your data with third parties for marketing. Your check-ins are only used to generate YOUR reports.
Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest
- All communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
- Access to production data is strictly limited
- We use industry-standard security practices
Data Retention
- Check-ins: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Weekly reports: Retained for 1 year
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
We believe in data minimization - we only keep what we need.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all data we have about you
- Export: Download your data in a portable format
- Delete: Permanently delete all your data at any time
- Pause: Stop receiving pings without deleting your account
To exercise any of these rights, use the commands in WhatsApp or contact us directly.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Twilio: For WhatsApp messaging (processes phone numbers and messages)
- OpenAI: For AI categorization (processes check-in text, no personal identifiers)
- Supabase: For data storage
- Vercel: For hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy. We have chosen providers with strong privacy practices.
Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies only for essential functionality (like remembering your session during onboarding). We do not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.

Simply send DELETE to TimePulse on WhatsApp. Your account will be deleted instantly.
This is the most secure method as it verifies you own the phone number.
